Precise Medical has been supplying high-quality medical products to Australia and the rest of the world since 1991. The head and heart of the business is our founder, Tim Rahr, whose 25 years’ experience and knowledge have made him an invaluable resource for medical professionals – many of whom regularly seek his advice in choosing a product that will give them a professional edge.

We pride ourselves in providing a fast, friendly and flexible service. As part of this, we offer a monthly invoicing service (subject to pre-approval) aimed at making the process of invoicing easier. We also offer free shipping on all online orders over $100 AUD and can deliver to virtually anywhere in the world.

We supply a range of products from everyday items such as cannulas and needles to specialist products for plastic surgery and stem cell harvesting. For valued customers, we are also happy to try and source specific products currently not available in Australia. All our products are selected for their demand and their quality, so it goes without saying that all our products are registered with the TGA and CE certified. The heart of the business

Experienced, enthusiastic and energetic, Tim is the brains behind the operations.

Tim founded Precise Medical in 1991 after 10 years sales experience with Smith Kline and Welch Allyn. It wasn’t long before he realised that whilst it was easy to get a customer, keeping a customer was what would truly help the business grow. With this in mind, he set about making Precise Medical’s customer service as high quality as the products themselves.

Tim’s aim is to grow online sales even further while continuing to keep customers happy – and keep them coming back.

Imogen

The chatty one

Cheerful, friendly and understanding, Imogen looks after shipping, sourcing and customer satisfaction.

Imogen joined the business in 2013 and has never looked back. She loves every aspect of her job, from dealing with complex customer requests to sourcing innovative products from overseas. When’s she’s not running around, chasing deliveries and chatting with clients, she can be found on the running machine at the gym – still chatting!

Imogen’s aim is to continue to offer outstanding customer service and innovative products… all while keeping the team smiling.

Alex

The techy one

Travelled, tech-savvy and full of ideas, Alex is the reason the web side of things runs so smoothly and successfully.

Studying Media and Communications before working in direct marketing, his role as Digital Marketing Manager brings together his phenomenal tech skills and his passion for marketing.

Alex’s aim for the business is to grow its online sales even further, making Precise Medical the online home for precision medical supplies in Australia and overseas.

Esther

The organised one

Honest, practical and always happy to help, Esther is the most recent addition to the team. Prior to taking control of invoicing, stocktaking and deliveries, she managed complex sales orders and contracts as an Order Management Specialist for a South East Asia Team.

A natural-born organiser, she loves to take the initiative and is a huge part of the reason things run so smoothly at Precise Medical.

Esther’s aim is to grow with the company and continue to learn.
