3D Custom Made Implants For Pectus Excavatum (and Poland Syndrome) by AnatomikModeling

Precise Medical Supplies is the exclusive Australian and New Zealand distributor for AnatomikModeling 3D custom-made silicone implants for pectus excavatum and poland syndrome.

Each implant is individually designed from the patient's own CT scan data using computer-aided design (CAD), ensuring a precise anatomical fit that stock implants simply cannot achieve.

The implant is manufactured from medical-grade semi-rigid silicone elastomer, meaning no risk of rupture, no capsular contracture, and no required replacement.

The procedure is minimally invasive with an average operative time under one hour, 1–2 days hospital stay, and a return to sport at three months. The technique is backed by over 30 years of published clinical evidence and is used by 300+ surgeons across 30 countries.

  • Step 1 — CT Scan & Photos - The patient undergoes a chest CT scan (supine, arms along the body, 1–1.2 mm slices, DICOM format, no contrast). Clinical photos are also recommended.
  • Step 2 — Send Prescription, CT Scan & Photos - The surgeon completes the AnatomikModeling prescription form and uploads it with CT Scan and photos or sends to customerservice@anatomikmodeling.com. Download the prescription form at: https://www.anatomikmodeling.com/sites/default/files/Prescription.pdf
  • Step 3 — Quotation & Order Confirmation - Precise Medical Supplies issues a quotation. A signed quotation plus 100% deposit (or hospital purchase order) confirms the order and design commences.
  • Step 4 — 3D Design & Surgeon Approval - AnatomikModeling sends the surgeon a Design Validation Document for review and approval. Modifications can be requested at this stage. Manufacturing begins only after written approval — no changes can be made after this point.
  • Step 5 — Manufacturing & Delivery (~6 weeks) - The implant is manufactured, gas-sterilised, and delivered to Precise Medical Supplies, who forward it to your nominated healthcare facility.

Note: patient-specific implants are non-returnable and non-refundable once the design has been approved.

Simply fill out your details in the form below and one of our team will reach out to guide you through the ordering process. Note that Manufacturing & Delivery can take around 6-8 weeks.
